Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to weather conditions. In the event that the vessel does not operate due to inclement weather a full refund will be given. In the event that the vessel is unable to operate due to unforseen circumstances a full refund will be given. The operator reserves the right to substitue another vessel in place of the advertised vessel in the event that the advertised vessel is unavailable for any reason on the charter day. All bookings must be paid for in full, 30 days prior to the charter date. Cancellations made inside seven days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made inside 48 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
